O hotel segue o padrao ibis esperado, porém, é muito barulhento. Da para escutar as portas dos quartos abrindo e fechando, as pessoas falando no corredor e isso realmente incomoda. Alem disso, poderia melhorar a qualidade das toalhas de banho. Do restante, tudo ok.

Já conheço o hotel e sempre me hospedo no ibis quando vou para Maringá. Meu descontentamento foi devido ter reservado dois quartos e o atendente ter disponibilizado apenas um quarto. Ao questionar o atendente disse que a reserva era apenas de um quarto.Como foi minha esposa que tinha feito a reserva e estávamos muito cansados eu nao quis questionar Fiquei hospedado com minha filha e costumamos reservar dois quartos para termos mais conforto e privacidade. Essa estadia foi muito desconfortável e ficamos bem descontentes.
