"Cleaning services never came for the 3 nights that we stayed, we couldn’t even call down to the front desk to ask because the phone in the room didn’t work. We went down to the lobby to ask for housekeeping, they said it would be taken care of but the room still did not get cleaned."

"I would of given this hotel a 5 star review but there was an ant problem in my room. I must of killed 8+ ants- on the wall, ON THE BEDBOARD and bedroom shower. When I called I was told someone would be right up. 30 minutes later I had to call again because I found another on in the bathroom I could not reached. I asked to move rooms but was told there was no more rooms available. I would of hoped someone would of called me in the morning or at least an email apologizing for my inconvenience, but all I got was a bill for the resort fee."
