Style over substance

Lovely spacious penthouse apartment but too many issues that had to be dealt with the hot water had to be reset everyday by the management which was annoying as each morning we had to go to reception and ask them to do it. But the staff were very attentive and always smiling

We originally booked 2 rooms one normal and 2nd A penthouse, on arrival we were told the penthouse is big enough for our party, i would have like to be refunded for the 2nd room which we did not require no refunds ware offered even i asked and on last day our flight was late in evening but i was also charged 200TL extra for holding a small room for 7 hours , i was very disappointed , if you booking here i recommend just penthouse roof top rooms , other room we had a had was shabby doors hanging of and very old decor, its al about money Staff is friendly and helpful specially the boy in night shift,

Yorumlara fazla takılmayın 3 arkadaş 6 gün 5 gece konakladık aparta girdiğimizde herşey tertemizdi ,çalışanlar ilgiliydi ,yataklar rahattı. Sadece klima paralı onu hesaba katarak giderseniz daha iyi olur. Ayrıca konumu çok iyi bu fiyata böyle bir yerde konaklamak zor .Bundan sonra marmaris'e geldiğimizde konaklama yerimiz Turan Apart.

Zorunda değilseniz tercih etmeyin

Odalar resimlerdeki gibi değil oldukça eski, kaldığımız 2 günde odamıza sıcak su hiç gelmedi, resepsiyonun dediğine göre açmayı unutmuşlar ama açtıklarında da değişen bir şey yoktu. Konumu iyi ancak aynı fiyata çok daha iyi yerler bulabilirsiniz

Amazing and loving Staff

Staff very helpful. All were amazing; particularly ShahNoor, charllote, Linda and the short black hair lady ; probably the owner of the property. Very entertaining and too much friendly. Would love stay again. Air Condition charges are not inclusive in rent, which I felt was inappropriate to be told on arrival. Such charges must be displayed before booking.Overall, I enjoyed staying.

Yenilenmeye ihtiyaç var, konum süper

Konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde. Fakat odadaki herşey çok eski ve deforme olmuş banyo her ne kadar temizlikçiler düzenli olarak temizleseler de görüntü eski olduğu için hiç iç açıcı durmuyor. otel ufak bir yenilenme ile mükemmel olabilir.

Turan apartments

These apartments are under new management from the beginning of this season and the guys are trying really hard to put everything right. Rooms are a little bit Spartan but clean with limited cooking facilities.who would want to cook in hot weather when you can get a three course meal that would feed a small family for less than £10. there is a bar and restaurant down stairs and bars and restaurants all around with in a very short walk. The beach with free sunbeds is only 50m. Yes I would definitely return. There is free wifi around the large clean pool and free sun beds.

Çıkış yapacağımız gün saat 10:45 civarında odamızın kapısı birden açıldı. Kim O diye seslendiğimde temizlikçi bayan nezaketsiz bir şekilde çıkış yaptınız sandım ondan geldim diyerek kapıyı kapatıp geri gittikten yaklaşık bir saat sonra tekrar tekrar koridordan gectiginde kapıyı çalıp kayboluyordu. En sonunda seslendim ne oluyor? Bayanın cevapı şu şekilde; çıkış saatiniz geldi çıkmanız lazım... Nezaketsiz bir şekilde kapı dışarı edilmiş bir ruh haliyle apar topar çıktık. Gerçekten Hiç hoş olmadı. O kadar tesiste kaldik hiç Böyle terbiyesizlik görmedik.

Central both for city and Beach.

We have lived there before and know most of the people there and on their beach restaurant, Talk of the town. Getting a little "worn out", but we did not expect everything concidering the price. Two cups without plates, No glasses. One tea spoon. No wine/bottle opener should. Things like that should be unnecessary and easy to fix. Problems with the shower cabinet and the drain were fixed promptly.

Close to the beach but not much of a nice hotel

the only advantage was that the hotel was close to the beach and in the center of marmaris, other than that the staff was not very friendly, there was no A/C, and when there was we have to pay for it per day!!!!! and the safe box was the same thing, we even had to pay for extra toilet papers!!! Water pressure and temperature constantly changed during the shower, pre-historic TV(didnt work either), unhygienic rooms and so on...
