My second stay at this hotel and was again a lovely experience. The staff are really friendly, the rooms are well equipped, everything is nice and clean, and there are plenty of places nearby for food etc, and its a 30 minute walk into the centre of Marrakech.

Everything was great. Spacious living area. Kitchen had all the things I needed for my trip (kettle, toaster, tea/coffee maker). I only used the kettle. Bathroom had a hairdryer. Room was very clean. There is a fridge/freezer too.

I be staying in the Gueliz district next time when visiting. Great hotel..suites one bedroom with everything you need, full kitchen and amenities. Is better than medina unless you want to try the riads and 10min bus ride to Jemel el fna makes it convenient. Quick service as well as I remember

The room was clean, modern and spacious enough for me to stay comfortably. The air outside was dirty and it was loud since the hotel is located on a busy avenue. The receptionists were great. They helped me a lot when I had to see a doctor and buy specific items by giving me information on the neighborhood.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by its cleanliness and spaciousness. The surrounding area was peaceful, with plenty of grocery stores nearby, making it convenient for guests. Friendly and helpful staff at reception, cafe next door and housekeeping. We were able to communicate primarily in English, went the extra mile when I gave the wrong info for shuttle pickup. Shower area could use a ledge for soaps etc - kitchen could use some dishcloths.

The property is very nice all basic necessity are available. Unfortunately the kitchen hob is not very good only one ring worked. The staff were absolutely awesome they were soo kind and helpful . The property is 5 mins away from carreden mall

I would return to this apartment if I ever go back to Marrakesh. The apartment has everything you need and in good condition. Compared to other places I stayed in Morocco, this apartment was in much better condition and better furnished than the others. The location is very convenient, a short walk from the YSL Garden. I had breakfast included but the options in the neighbouring cafe looked rubbish so I didn't order. Bed and shower were the best I found in Morocco on this 2 week trip.

Everything is outdated in this place nothing here is luxury like the name says, door keycards don’t work tv outdated wifi is the worst I have ever seen, the pots and pans wow , no iron also bring ur own. Its a good location but i guess owners don’t care about maintaining the property

The property was very clean. Even though there was a foul smell on day one, the apartment was cleaned and the smell issue was addressed quickly. Our friends visited the apartment to spend an evening together. They were asked to submit their passports for record keeping. When questions were asked about data protection, the front desk person was unable to answer and felt irritated. Our guests felt uncomfortable during this conversation. Having said that, Abdul Malik at the front desk was brilliant and always helpful. Overall a good place for family stay.
