Perfect location! An easy 15 minute walk into the Medina but out of the hustle. In a beautiful and safe area. The hotel staff was very good overall. The patio for our unit was not very clean but other areas were excellent. The breakfast buffet was varied and all items were delicious.

Soukaina looked after us really well showed me the way to the mall and went over and beyond to help us she was super friendly and caring she made the experience great. The only downside to this hotel was that the sewage system was off I think there was a foul smell 14/7 and the hotel needs a bit of renovation tbf! But the location was deffo my fave might not be for everyone tho, depends on what kinda place u like to eat at for example.

Wonderful stay right outside the Medina. The staff were incredible with any requests or minor issues, they really made my stay very enjoyable and comfortable. As a solo female traveler I felt extremely safe and well taken care of. The spa service was amazing and an experience to remember. The breakfast was very good and the pool area is very nice.

Excellent staff and service let down by amenities that are getting old and not really at the price level. First room, the water was leaking from the toilet onto the floor; staff very promptly changed my rooms and in this one there was no hot water at the tap only for the shower. Breakfast food really bad and bland. One morning they forgot to bring my ordered omelette, next morning took them 25 min to make it! Rooms are just about OK for a 3 star hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights B & B. Twin room clean, very comfortable, and quiet. Great breakfast. Ate in the hotel restaurant on the first evening. Nice atmosphere. with good service, food and wine. Fantastic steam and "signature" massage -thanks to Towia and Nonhaila. Definitely recommend. Perfect location. Easy 5 minute walk to the Medina. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Good comms prior to arrival from reception / concierge. Good service all around. Rooftop bar and restaurant closed for refurbishment. Small pool but didnt use.

We up graded and paid extra to have the room with terrace, when we arrived at the hotel we were told that there was only Two rooms in the Hotel with terrace & they were occupied, we was very disappointed, the Room we had was very nice but it wasn’t what we paid for. The pool was disappointing the sun only came round on to the pool around 3/4pm by that time the sun beds were taken, as it’s only a small pool, there was construction going on at the hotel which we wasn’t told about, the breakfast was very nice so much choice with good fresh products, location very safe to walk around in the evening, 15mins to walk into the old town, Expedia needs to address there’s only 2 rooms with balcony/terrace it’s false advertising not sure if I would stay again because of our room & the pool.

Thiis hotel is in a great location and the rooms are big, The rooms need a good cleaning. And it smelled like a party happened in it the night before. The staff was very nice and accommodating and the property was safe and close to the airport. If you’re on a budget and you wanna be in a walkable area outside of the Medina, you can get through a couple of nights here.

The hotel room I had was needed renovation, the lighting in the room were very low, you need extra lights to look for something in the night time. But don't get me wrong the hotel service was very good, reception and restaurant services were 5 stars. You can easily walk to the old town.

The hotel is top in the town. Best location, the rooms are clean and quiet. Abderrahim is very polite and super helpful . He helped me with most of my tours and made sure everything is OK. Hakema always meets you with her beautiful smile at the entrance. Over all Amazing Experience!!! Recommended !!!

Good overall but would not say it is a 5 star hotel, more like 4 star hotel. Location is excellent and walkable to the city centre. Hotel staff were polite. Pictures make it look bigger than what it was. Quite disappointed with the pool, very small and shady. Not a big selection at breakfast, and advertised there is a tea/coffee maker in all rooms but there was no option to have tea. There is no iron in the room. It gets very noisy at night due to Nobu rooftop blasting out music and could not sleep the first night but did get better as the days went by. I did try to ask reception for a quieter room but said it is located on a busy street and all rooms booked up. I would say there are better 5* star hotels in the area if looking for more a luxurious stay but otherwise it nice and clean and not planning to be in the hotel all day.
