Hotel HASNA devient hotel MBROUK

Cela fait plusieurs années que nous venons à l'Hotel Hasna et nous n'avons jamais été déçus. Seulement cette année, nous avons découvert que l'hotel avait changer de nom : Hotel MBROUK. Ce qui ne change en rien à la qualité du service mais surpris en arrivant devant l'hotel.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

What a joke. DO NOT STAY HERE. We booked this hotel upon arrival the hotel was under construction and was not available for us to enter. Someone came out and informed us they moved us to Hotel Hicham, I was told to find a taxi and go there. The worst experience I have ever had

The hotel was poor, rooms dated, air conditioning was not working well. Rooms were not clean, rugs dirty, patio doors in room 401 were not accessible. No roof terrace and pool as described. Young female receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful. Location was good. Continental breakfast was poor and basic. No snacks or drinks available and no facilities in rooms. Would not recommend

Good location, needs improvement

Booked at the last minute after another booking cancelled on us and we needed a room late at night. Friendly staff, good location, however...the room was old, dated and dirty. The shower curtain stopped a foot above the shower, patches of plaster were missing from the ceiling, one of the light fittings was coming loose and the room smelled musty. The sheets looked clean but I’m not sure about the blankets and pillowcases. We faced onto a balcony and someone was staring into the room one morning while I was still in bed with the window slightly open, we think he was another guest. We travel all the time and this is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in due to the cleanliness and dated appearance.

The hotel was well located in the city . Easy to get around. Everyone there was kind and helpful. It’s an old building but enjoyable. Especially waking up to someone’s morning prayer.

I found it filthy with no effort towards cleanliness. It was difficult to identify chromeium in the bathroom; obvious dust in many places. There was confusion as to the booking, although it was eventually resolved.

Hôtel vieux insalubre sale. A ne pas conseiller même pour une nuit.. Salle de bains désastreuse. Salle. Des travaux à prévoir. On ne peut pas s installer dans la baignoire. De plus la robinetterie est défectueuse.. Des cheveux par terre. Ce n est pas balayé ni lavé par terre à chaque changement de client

Комфортный и экономичный отель

Достаточно чистые номера, уборка каждый день, приветливый персонал, в отеле имеется свой бассейн, отличное месторасположения - до площади Джемаа эль Фна 15-20 минут пешком. Минус - старая мебель, но номера теплые, что немаловажно для глубокой осени в Марокко.

Bon personnel et bonne relation avec la clientèle Grande chambre, lit confortable sauf qu'un coup de nettoyage des robinetterie à revoir (juste un peu de saleté vu que je suis assez maniaque) mais dans l'ensemble à ce prix la c'est bien. Petit déj. normale sans grande surprise mais suffisant (beurre, confiture, pain, jus d'orange frais) 12 min à pied de la place de Marrakech sinon bcp de resto et magasins à 2 minutes

Agreable petit hotel marocain typique

Hôtel marocain typique. Il faut donc respecter les marocains en vacances et leurs habitudes sans agresser l'agent d'accueil s'il manque du papier toilette par exemple ou la télécommande de la climatisation ... Il fera son possible pour vous contenter. La piscine est appréciable après une journée de marche dans la ville. Petit bémol, le petit déjeuner qui est une mauvaise copie d'un petit dej' français.

Everything was ok , The only thing which a bit annoying , the reception keeps asking you to be quite inside your rooms . Even you just talk on the on the phone at 8:30 pm .
