This hotel is simply out of this world. Gorgeous facilities, attention to every single detail. Staff spoke several languages, everybody was courteous and kind and engaging. The uniforms were beautifully crafted.... amazing experience!!!!

Something out of a dream! La Mamounia was a recommendation from a dear friend, but it is easy to know you will be arriving to paradise after reading reviews of this historical property. Flawless luxury and the highest level of service at every turn. One of the most fabulous properties we have ever stayed in the world. We will be back!

Our stay at La Mamounia was exceptional, the architecture was so beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was walking distance to Jemaa el-Fnaa and the souks. Our room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable, the food was amazing as was the hammam and pool. Only negative was the view from the Hivernage suite, there isn’t one, only the hotel roof. But will definitely return.

Sublime property from entrance, to lobby, hallways, restaurants, spa, pool, and magnificent gardens! The rooms are exquisitely appointed, terraces sizable and perfect for breakfast or an evening tea or cocktail. The staff is impeccable, from head to toe, and in manner and knowledge. Loved our stay!

Holidays in Marrakesh

First impressions are very important, and our reception at La Mamounia didn't impressed us. Although the hotel lobby is beautiful, the concierge greeted us in a non friendly manner, very different from the way we're usually treated. The view from our room was very ugly; pipes, roofs, and air conditioning units, they should be at the very least disguised, definitely not views for a five star hotel. The staff of the breakfast and swiming pool were great, but as i said at the beggining, first impressions last and they diminished the whole experience.

The hotel is just beautiful. There are special things to discover everywhere. One of our favorites was the secret ice cream parlor in the magnificent garden. Orange trees complemented by the delicate scent of date and birdsong surround you. The staff is also incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. We were so sad when it was time to leave.
