J'ai apprécié le calme qui dans cet établissement et autour, le personnel est sympathique. L'appartement est propre, le nettoyage est fait de maniere quotidienne, seul petit détail il manquait un tapis de salle de bain.

Trevligt semesterhotel

Köket var sliten så det använda vi inte, badkaret i badrummet var smutsigt och där fanns mycket damp på golvet under sängarna. Men balkongen var skön, pool området fint och rent, hotellet var perfekt lokaliserat vet storcenter med mycket butiker, restauranger mm.

La piscine et superbe, l’emplacement aussi mais les appartements sont pas superbe il y a quasiment rien dans la cuisine et c pas très propre, le frigo était propre. Le canapé confortable mais plein de taches. Le lit il est confortable. Les salles de bain n’ont pas un endroit où mètre c serviette qui m’est pas logique ont a du prendre des cintres est les mètre dessus. Il faut pas choisir cette hôtel si tu comptes passer beaucoup de temps dans la chambre.

Hormis des petits détails l’appartement est très spacieux propre la literie est top!!! Niveau équipement il manque éponge torchon quelques ustensiles supplémentaires sinon le cadre est très jolie pas de piscine intérieur comme indiqué en photo.

Hôtel pas très propre, proche du centre commercial

Réserver un appartement senior mais appartement junior reçu, pas de remboursement de la différence.. Pas de communication possible avec la direction: TOTAL ARNAQUE!!! Appartement sale, le ménage doit être fait chaque jour mais Non, nous avons du relancer au bout de 4 jours car personne n'etait passé. L'animation pour les enfants un peu décevante, peu d'activité proposé aux enfants mais les animateurs sont très sympathiques et investit dans leur missions, rien à dire là dessus. Petit plus, la résidence est proche du centre commercial Almazar.

El personal de recepción es de primera, todos muy amables, atentos, y buscan dar solución a todo. Sin embargo, las instalaciones están descuidadas. Hace mucho tiempo que no se hace un mantenimiento integral: lavabo atorado, pelos en el techo, paredes sucias, muebles sucios, la cerradura electrónica inoperativa.

Slecht onderhoud van appartement

Ons appartement was helaas niet goed onderhouden. Bekleding van interieur was verouderd. Keuken was niet kompleet ingericht. Was bv geen waterkoker. Handdoeken waren oud. We hadden een andere appartement aangewezen gekregen maar die was net zo erg. Jammer dat het niet goed is onderhouden. In tegenstelling was het zwembad wel goed, aardige personeel.

Für uns als Familie war Dieses Appart Hotel Optimal.Wir konnten sogar unser Senior Appartement in 2 junior Appatements tauschen!Super Sache!!Leute sind dort alle sehr hilfsbereit und wirklich freundlich! Visavis der Anlage hat es einen grossen Carrefour zum einkaufen tiptop!Wir hatten sogar Animation am Pool..Der Pool sieht auch so aus wie auf denn Bildern! Leider ist die tourismus Zone einwenig weit weg vom Zentrum,aber mit dem Taxi zum grossen Platz 50 dirham ruiniert ja niemanden!Dafür hat es keine kriminalität rund um die touristenzone..in der nähe befindet sich auch die cartraicing bahn von marrakesch..immer ein Ausflug wert.. Wir würden wieder dort Buchen!!Wir waren super zufrieden!!Danke für den tollen Urlaub!

An ideal aparthotel for a family

This has been the best aparthotel for us. The apartment was spacious and ideally located, with a shopping mall just across the road where you could get all groceries from the superstore and also has Burger King, Pizza Hut, Dominos. The hotel staff was amazing, and contrary to other reviews we had no issues with check in. My only gripe is lack of a microwave and toaster in the kitchen; the latter are really essential in a kitchen.

The Staff people are so rude. The Rooms Are so dirty, No towels, no soap, no shampoo. They turn off the lights on the hall ways at nigh and you won't even see where you step in. I found a dirty diaper in the room. When I asked for towels they were so rude and it took them 4 hours to bring them to me to the room. The kitchen was not well equipped! Anyway! I won't recommend this place to anyone.

Gutes Preisleistung-Verhältnis. Günstig und schön.

Die nicht so tollen Bewertungen haben uns etwas verunsichert, aber bei der Ankunft waren wir positiv überrascht. Die Dame an der Rezeption war von Anfang bis Ende immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment ( Senioren-Suite) war wie beschrieben. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir zwar auch keine Handtücher und kein Toilettenpapier. ( wie einige der Gäste bereits geschrieben haben. Dieses wurde aber nach Bekanntgabe sofort hochgeschickt. Der Pool und die Grünanlage waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Flughafen und von der Medina. PKW ist aber zu empfehlen. Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum in dem man gut und günstig einkaufen kann. Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Nice Apartment, some rooms are not so accommodating to charge anything as ther are no sockets , unless you unplug the Tv. I will say the staffs makes the experience great. Lovely receptionist especially (Amal) made things easy and had great recommendations of place to visit and was very helpful .

Checked us in early which was good. Room smelled strongly of chlorine. The interior of the rooms and furnishings are very dated. Walls were dirty. No soap in toilet. No washing facility in toilet.

Amazing staff

The staff at palm appart are amazing, especially the manager slim, they made our stay memorable and if we do goi back to Marrakech, we will definitely be staying there. The manager made us feel at home and helped us so much with transport and gave us a lot of info about Marrakech, I cannot recommend them enough!! Absolutely amazing!

Très bel hôtel, facile d’acces..

Nous avons loué cet hôtel, le premier jour de notre arrivée à Marrakech, ainsi que le dernier jour, puisque entre les deux nous avons parcouru le sud du Maroc. L’emplacement de l’hôtel, prês de l’aéroport est très agréable, tout en étant dans un quartier calme. La piscine est magnifique... Juste en face, il y a un petit centre commercial et un carrefour, qui peut dépanner en cas de besoin, emplacement excellent.
