I chose this hotel partially based on its location. When I clicked the link to view it's location on the map, the address was Jnane Ben Chagra Souiqa 9, Marrakech, Marrakech, 40000, which is close to Hotel Oudaya that I had stayed before moving to the next hotel. Therefore, considering other factors, I chose Riad Babi Marrakach. It turned out the location is erroneous, so we were brought to the wrong location far from the real location. I couldn't go to the real location. As a result, I booked another hotel. Because my booking was non-refundable, I lost the money I paid, at no fault to myself. I demand a full refund of the money I paid.
