Stedet var rent og personalet var veldig hyggelig og veldig service innstilt. Det lå nære hoved gata med 7 min gange. Det eneste jeg syntes var litt vrient var at det var vanskelig å finne frem. Det lå godt gjemt.

El Riad es una maravilla, eso es un hecho, pero hubo cosas que no nos gustaron nada: cuando faltaban 50 metros para llegar, un chico nos preguntó si íbamos al Riad Loudaya y le dijimos que sí (pensamos que trabajaba allí, si no le habríamos dicho que no porque esta gente siempre te quiere cobrar) así que cuando llegamos a la puerta, nos dijo que le diéramos algo de propina; justo volvíamos muy cansados del desierto y el hombre que nos abrió la puerta del riad, en lugar de hablar con este chico y terminar la discusión, abría cada vez más la puerta para que el susodicho siguiese gritándonos y pidiéndonos dinero. El hombre no hablaba ni español, ni inglés, ni francés (aunque dijera que sí, al final no se manejaba con ninguno. Ademas, cuando nos asignó habitación, nos tocó una con dos puertas, una de Cristal con un pequeñísimo cerrojo y Justo delante otra de madera que se serraba con candado pero por fuera, así que teníamos cero aislamiento (estábamos delante de la piscina en la planta baja) –y oíamos TODO lo que gritaba quien llegase al riad– y cero seguridad. Para colmo, cuando estuvimos rellenando los datos del check-in (tras 15 min. de discusión con el chico que nos llevó al riad porque quiso) nos cobraron 5€ de tasas, hasta ahí todo bien hasta que te das cuenta de dos cosas: 1, que en el anterior riad no nos pidieron nada y 2, que no nos lo justificaron con ningún recibo ni folio oficial, lo escribió en rojo en un papel en sucio y ya

nous avons vraiment été très bien accueillies, et la propriétaire est charmante et à l'écoute. par moments en fin de journée des odeurs de canalisations dans la salle de bains, mais assez classique à marrakech le personnel ainsi que la cuisinière sont très bien. le seul point negatif est la signalisation du Riad - manque de flechage, le chauffeur devant venir nous chercher pour une excursion a mis longtemps à nous trouver ce qui a perturbé notre programme de la journée d'excursion.

Echt een aanrader, aardif personeel en zeer betrouwbaar. Alles is netjes. Heel huiselijk. Een tip, laat je ophalen door het riad van het vliegveld. Riad is voor veel taxichauffeurs onbekend. Locatie is prima, 15 min wandelen naar djma el fna. Paleis el Badi is ook dichtbij. Echt een top weekend gehad! Ik zou de volgende keer weer het zelfde Riad nemen!
