Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant served varieties of buffet food at reasonable price. Very clean and nice environment. However there were flies everywhere, maybe due to the hot weather. Bedroom was clean and very comfortable with cool air conditioning. It needs to walk about 20 minutes to the Square and open market (Souk). Its a bit hard walking under the strong sun.

Me and my family had a really good time here. The receptionist, Khaled and Khaleel made us feel welcome and treated us very nice and kindly. We loved the service overall and we would definitely be coming back here again.

Pleasant stay

A decent hotel, the room and bathroom were great, nice rooftop with a small pool and a couple of loungers. The restaurant served great dinner, however I can’t say the same for the breakfast - a lot of items missing, extremely slowly refilled, I had flashbacks of supermarket shelves during Covid

Very nice hotel with good rooms. But the sun chair at the pool are ridiculous and the pool could be open longer in the evening. The restaurant down is ok, I didn't have fresh croissant in the morning and the restaurant wasn't so clean everywhere. Personal is very friendly in the hotel.

Excellent customer service- everyone was so welcoming and lovely! Especially the bellman Khalid- always greeted me and my partner with a big smile and treated us like good friends. The rooms are all clean and spacious. A highlight was the Saturday buffet- great value for money.

Enjoyed my stay and felt very welcome by Khaled at the front desk. Had a mini incident with another guest who mistaken our room for his but the matter was quickly resolved by the manager (Abdelwahab) who was extremely polite and very professional. Made us feel comfortable and assured we had everything to enjoy our time while visiting. The breakfast had a variety of foods and staff are very attentive and nice. Definitely recommend this hotel for it’s convenient location and friendly service.

We stayed for 7 nights. Booked Suites. Overall nice staff. But hotel wasn't willing to replace towels, they wanted us to use smae towel for 3 days before changing them. Tea & coffee sachets were not replenished, even though we requested few times. Paid over £1600 for rooms, getting hotel staff to provide basic amenties proved a difficult task.

No toilet paper in room on arrival. Towels were stained. Restaurant served à traditional Moroccan dish with French Fries instead of vegetables. Pool is only open 10 am to 6 pm. Elevator was broken for a good part of our stay. The shuttle driver was lovely. Close to the Medina, square and shopping.

The room included breakfast but the restaurant staff was appalling. The spread was very limited, they didn’t replenish the limited items at any speed. They ignored requests, I asked for mint tea a number of times they didn’t serve me. They poured a native that was staying in the hotel mint tea in a vase that didn’t ask for it and he never drank it. It seem they don’t appreciate people from the sub continent. The restaurant staff and reception was rude. House keeping was the only decent people, they was very good. I felt majority of the staff was hostile & I wouldn’t stay her again.
