Internal regulations:
- Arrival from 4:00 pm (more flexible if studio available the day before, see with me).
- Departure no later than 10:00 a.m.
- Party not allowed, no noise after 10:30 p.m.
- Pets not allowed.
- Non-smoking studio (cigarette and vaping.)
- Do not throw anything in the garbage disposal toilet except toilet paper.
- In winter, do not leave the windows open while you are away with the heating.
- Check that the gate is closed before leaving.
- On the day of departure, put away the dishes and take out the garbage.
