"Excellent Welcome, friendly and accommodating staff, the breakfast buffet was great. All the things you expect from Hyatt. The downside, and quite impact full, was the lack of venues and challenges with AC. Only 1 restaurant was open, the smallest one near the lobby. Limited seating, for a full hotel not ideal. I had complained about my AC not working (room temp was 27°) and they expeditiously tried to fix it. Short term solution. I woke up to a room temp of 29°.
I would book there again but call first to find out if dining venues are open."
