"While I found the room adequate (was large with two full sized beds), and location was fine, I was rather annoyed with a couple aspects of the hotel. First off the tub was dangerous. It needs a safety bar. The tub is about 23" heigh, rather risky to just hop into. Second is the windows are odd and I think the staff can open them but not the hotel guests. Third we had the cleaning crew leave our door open. Excuse me, I know you are on the same floor but literally any vagabond could have stolen our luggage or items. Yes it has a key code to get up to the hotel floors but that is fairly easy to bypass by just riding up with someone. Third, the lobby smells like sewage. It smelt like this everyday and we stayed there for three days. You can be outside enjoying your time then you walk in and are smacked by sewer poo odor which is really strong and overwhelming. Beds -10/10 very comfortable Pillow 8/10 Room 9/10 Cleaning services 2/10 since they didn't lock my door! Parking underground 9/10 Lobby area 1/10 due to nasty smell. The surrounding area is a little unsafe at night (so just be careful). Location is good as it's walking distance to the old city and train station. Please fix the lobby stench and make sure cleaning crews lock the door. Thank you. Maybe warn people the entry to the tub is 2 feet high so they can book something safer."

"I stayed at ibis Styles Toulouse Centre Canal du Midi for 4 nights in early May 2026 as a solo traveler. The experience was terrific! I was greeted promptly and with respect. French is not my first nor second language (English native, Romanian B2, French A1); however, the host was very pleasant and went above and beyond to not only quickly check me in, but make sure I knew where everything is. The location is also terrific for solo travelers. You have direct access to A61 which is the main highway around Toulouse; in addition, you have a Carrefour City right across the street. You also have direct access to the lovely center of Toulouse by foot. For those who prefer to rent a car: please note that at the time of my visit, car rentals are 15 euro per night. The parking is underground and can be accessed via rue Jean Goujon, which is a one way street. The underground parking requires a numerical code which is provided after payment. The parking is shared with other locations in the area, but the hotels parking spots are located on floors -1 and -2 and comes out to be about 40 spots; which is more than enough. For myself, this was the perfect hotel; I had no issues with noise. One thing to be aware of, there isn't a mini fridge. This was fine for myself; however, others may want to know that in advance. Breakfast is served every morning and there are some really awesome graffiti style works of art around the hotel. Recycling is located near the elevators."

"As compared to the previous stay when we stayed for one night, there were a few problems. The room this time was a lot smaller than the previous one. The toilet was so small that in the evening after using the toilet I banged my head to the door handle. I am still getting headaches. The hotel needs to review this room."

Un petit déjeûner avec une gamme variée . Métro aux pieds de la résidence station jolimont . Plusieurs parkings autour de l'hôtel pour se garer . Propreté des lieux. Bref que du positif"

"The room and property itself were nice. Staff was excellent and check in was easy. The kitchen area is small but everything needed was provided. A two burner cook top, a small refrigerator and a microwave. The bed was fine but it is fitted with a heavy duvet, which made the room too warm for sleeping. And the pillow was too puffy and uncomfortable. Of course, these are personal matters and others might find them to their liking. The air conditioning we were told existed when the room was booked did not work. Apparently, the hotel is tied to another property and they would not make my the air conditioning available."
