"Staff were exemplary - especially Katut at the front door - even if he did call me Jacqueline. He did remember the other 14 of us on the party after one meeting. Staff made the stay for us but the surrounds and the villas made it a memorable holiday celebrating a 70th birthday "

"Nice little resort with friendly staff. Room was nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The sheets and towels was a bit old. The food wasn’t great and variety were limited. Overall a decent stay in line with the cost."

"Great location. No 24hrs food, definitely not a resort, me thinks a bit naughty saying that, edging on 4 star hotel Singapore standard. Pools get ridiculously hot with minimal shade. So probably avoid on the pool front. Bali staff 5 stars that is the norm at any hotel these days in Bali. Believe chain based hotel, so probably too many layers in the organisation to actually make it more guest friendly. Would I stay again ? Probably not so many other options. Let’s see in six months what they do ……."
