"We celebrated out 25th wedding anniversary at Sabie Star Chalets. The breathtaking surroundings had a tranquil atmosphere and made it extra special for us.
The chalet was cosy and a treat to fall asleep with the river in the background. The chalet was extremely clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We liked the good quality white linen and towels provided.
Sanitizer, soap, dish washing liquid, dish towel and hair dryer was provided. The braai area was neat with firewood.

We stayed at mount high after three nights in the bush - and it was wonderful. Will be back for sure- pure relaxation in a wonderful atmosphere. Attention: SUV advisable, because the gravel road on the way is quite challenging."

Como é bom, depois de 5 horaa de estrada, chegar e ter toda a atenção. Feito o check-in, Lin nos mostrou o chalé que ficaríamos e nos deu todas as explicações necessárias para uma ótima estadia. E por falar no chalé, ele superou todas as expectativas, com ótimas camas, aquecimento dos ambientes, espaços amplos...
"We had a marvellous time at Caracal Lodge. It was a wonderful away from it all experience. Magtree Cottage was very comfortable and well equipped even though there is no electricity, power being supplied by gas appliances, paraffin lamps and LED lighting. It was magical to wake up with views of the resident giraffe family as well as zebra, impala, horses and a pet pig! Outside there was a braai, fire pit in a lovely shaded area and a small pond. Exploring the 300 hectare game park there...

"We only stayed a single night on the way to Johannesburg airport, but we enjoyed all of it. Wonderful room with fantastic views and a G/T on the terrace. Nice homecooked dinner and breakfast and overall just great service. We felt very welcome.
Only downside was that the mosquitoes were as happy to see us as Holger and Norma. Glad this is not a malaria area. "
"We had a fantastic stay, host was super friendly and helpful, on call, cottages was newly furnished, had all the basics, limited Wifi, but enough for emails and Watsapps, could watch rugby at the restaurant, meals there upon request, emergency lighting around the premises during load shedding but not in the unit so take your torches, breath taking walks and river views, enough stunning swimming spots along the multiple pristine river crossings along the way for the hot summer day walks in the...
"OK ish to stay with dogs. However the road to get to the property is terrible terrible terrible. We slipped off the Provincial sand road due to mud. However the real challenge is to get to the farm house. Not fun at all especially when wet. We won't visit again because of challenges to get to the property. Real pity. "
