8/10 Good

"The room was exceptionally clean, clearly recently remodeled. The outside seems to be in the process of renovations. The indoor pool was nice. The weather didn’t allow for use of the outdoor pool in my one night stay. The ocean view was nice, but would’ve been better with more seating. My room was on the highway side, which was a little loud at times. Overall, for what I paid, this was quite good."

"The staff is friendly and helpful. The young lady who checked me in also helped me get my luggage to the 4th floor. The room is kind of small but I think about average for the area. A word of caution if you have mobility issues check ahead of time of where your room is located. There is not an elevator in the main building so getting up the stairs is a bit of a challenge if you have knee issues like I do. I would definitely stay again, this was my second stay, but would be more mindful of my room location. The location is excellent and in walking distance to shops and restaurants"

"Upon arrival there was some confusion where we should check in. An email advised the Comfort Inn. After walking to their lobby I was asked to go to the check in at the actual hotel. Not a big deal but that would have been nice if I wasn't walking among two hotels. The unit we rented was newly remodeled and very nice. The room had exactly what we needed for our overnight stay. Very clean and comfy."

"We were on a road trip from Texas. Came to Cape Cod for the first time. This place did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived at Hyannis Travel Inn we felt welcomed. Mr. Cliff was amazing. He was so kind and gave us recommendations about where to find the best lobster rolls. We were about to unpack all our stuff (we had A LOT). He called his helpful young employee to come and help with the bags. The young man was so sweet. We walked into the room and it was spotless. All employees were so KIND! We give this place 10/10. Thank you all for your warm hospitality."

"The rooms were clean and had lots of character! We loved the quaintness of this place and it was centrally located to the wharf. The staff were wonderful and they were helpful when we were looking for something special in town. The continental breakfast was wonderful and the homemade apple spice jelly was amazing!!"
