Private: garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: central heating system, air conditioning, heating to be paid on the spot (08.Nov. - 28.Mar.). Roofed, parking. Supermarket 400 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Massa" 950 m, sandy beach 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Pietrasanta 12 km, Forte dei Marmi 11 km, Viareggio 32 km, Riomaggiore (5 Terre) 52 km, Lucca 49 km, Carrara Fantiscritti (cave di marmo) 14 km.
