The light and airy holiday villa also benefits from flexible sleeping accommodation for groups of 10. To the 1st floor, 2 beautiful double en-suite bedrooms, a child-friendly bedroom with set of bunk beds and a full shower room are provided. To the accessible ground floor, a guest room with double bed enjoys access to a family shower room. The nearby resort towns of Forte dei Marmi (9 minutes’ drive away) and Viareggio (32 minutes’ drive) and are within easy reach for day trips, as are the top regional cities of Pisa and Lucca (43-48 minutes’ drive away). For those in search of the ultimate sightseeing day, Florence is within a 1.5 hours’ drive away. For those flying in, Pisa airport is the closest to the villa (just 40 minutes’ drive away).
