"Had a lovely time here with Lisa and Chris. Very nice owners, accommodating and knowledgeable. Fresh continental breakfast every morning, set us up for the day along with use of a coffee machine. The location is quiet and air conditioning in rooms (which was very much needed) Short walk into the centre (5/10mins) or a nice stroll to the castle (25/40mins pace dependant). Train station roughly 15mins with easy links to Toulouse (40/50mins) or Narbonne (30mins) Plenty of places to eat and drink...

"We only stayed one night so the room was adequate given the short stay. The room seemed very dated and small. The shower worked just fine was a little small and slippery for my standards. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the ac was a blessing. The furniture in the rest of the building was beautiful but our room not too great."

"We absolutely loved our stay and felt so welcome. The location was amazing as so close to the station and shops as well as the lovely canal. The walk to the Medieval City was only 25mins and the hotel was on a quiet street. We were made to feel so at home, with cold water and drinks available at all times. We were very well looked after and breakfast was amazing. We will be back and will be recommending to anyone heading to Carcassonne."

"Had a great stay at the property, which is in a nice small village outside of Carcassonne. The breakfast was very nice, with various breads and jams fruits and such. The bathroom was quite large and the room had ample pace and such for clothes. There is a restaurant about 50m away that is very good. Probably the best part is that the proprietrix is wonderful."

"The hotel has lived way past his prime and it shows. If you even seen an American movie with an old motel well this one can be used today if you want to make a remake. The AC works but stinks up the room, there is not one item in the hotel or room that should not have been replaced years ago. The internet is so slow you think you are back in the time of modems and is completely unusable even for checking email (streaming services apparently are not known here). "Très bon accueil. Il y a de la place dans le parking qui est gratuit. Lit confortable. Chambre bien isolée de la route passante, on n’entend pas du tout les voitures. Seul point négatif la salle de bain qui n’a pas encore été refaite. Mais nous y retournerons certainement pour une halte 1 nuit c’est très correct pour le prix."

"Absolutely fantastic 2-day stay in the Royal Suite at Le Château de La Seigne. It’s only a 10-minute drive from Carcassonne, and Ubers had no trouble picking us up right at the gate quickly. ​The château itself is stunning and beautifully restored, packed with character and cool features like vintage restored cars in the entrance garage, a working old-school jukebox near the hall and a characterful staircase up to the upper rooms. ​The Royal Suite was huge, spotless, and had incredible views...
