"Very nice hotel, the staff were very friendly! We were on the first floor and people were extremely loud in the hallway late at night and the downeaster train tracks were 20 feet from our window. Very convenient location for all the great shops nearby though."

"Clean rooms. Pool area is well maintained although is older and in need of some cosmetic repair. Breakfast is great, lots of healthier options. Staff is helpful. Beds and pillows could be of better quality but for the price, I will take it."

"We had made a reservation at this hotel and the minute we walked in the place smelled musty . The sheets didn’t look clean and mattress pad had dried blood and urine stains on it. We didn’t feel comfortable sleeping and staying in this place. "

"We had a fabulous stay in Freeport! The house was clean upon arrival, and the views were stunning. The check-in process was smooth, and the property manager, Jeff, was very responsive and answered all my questions leading up to our stay. The welcome guide that Jeff and Jess put together was super helpful, especially as I was putting together an itinerary for the weekend. It was a short trip to Portland, which was convenient as well. We cooked breakfast once at the house and found that some of the stocked items were empty (specifically the oil), though we understand that was likely an oversight by the previous visitors. We had a lovely stay overall and highly recommend if you're looking to spend time in Freeport!"
