"Good central location however exceptionally noisy as lots of bars and restaurants around. We had noise until 4am for the two nights, was the weekend and there was a festival on that may have made it worse! Car parking instructions were to call a number, we were put through to 4 different people to finally get the right instructions. Apartment was a good size, bed was ok. "

"We left disappointed — this hotel does not live up to its four-star rating or the price. On arrival notably, the receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome.
