近くの観光地に歩いて行くのは、坂の上にホテルがあるため不便さはあります。 しかし、部屋なども清潔に保たれているし、スタッフも親切でした。朝食バイキングにも満足です。

大江戸温泉は可愛い浴衣来て施設内を楽しめるイメージでしたが地味なパッとしない浴衣で外に出ていけるレベルではなくて残念でした。料理も沢山あるよりも健康的で味わい深い美味しさ重視の物じゃないとまた行こうとは思えないです。部屋も隅々までしっかり掃除出来てない感じで残念でした。 温泉とマッサージ機、カラオケで漫喫出来て楽しかったのでリピーターになれるよう改善を期待したいです。

施設は全てにおいてとても綺麗で満足しました。部屋の作りも温泉も良かったです。他と比べて残念な点は車のロータリーがないから荷物を降ろしたり駐車場が狭い遠いのが欠点かな。あと、スタッフの出迎えはないのと、ウェルカムサービスがないのが寂しかったです。 家族連れが多い宿なので、子供がいる人はお勧めです。

部屋のエアコンが効かずずっと寒かった。 トイレも流すレバーが硬すぎて流すのにかなり力を入れないとちゃんと流れないのが問題かと思った。 スタッフの対応は良かったが、設備が古いところが気になった。

混雑し過ぎて…と言う事もなくスムーズに動けました。フロントの方がとても親切で、食事の案内、シャトルバスの説明など親切丁寧にしてくらました。バイキングディナーも種類が豊富で満足できるものでした。また行きたい！と思えるホテルでした◎

部屋に虫がおり小さい黒い羽虫を三匹退治した。子供のスプーンやフォークが使い捨てのプリンを食べるようなものしかなく、味も品数もいまいち。道後温泉までの送迎バスの時間も合わず、暑い中徒歩で往復になった。今までで一番最低の旅館だったと家族から言われがっかり。しかし、フロントの説明や対応は良かったです。

駅から少し離れた高台にあるため、少し不便さを感じるかもしれませんが、無料のホテルバスもあるため、そこはカバーしてくれてます。 施設の古さはありますが、気になるほどではありません。 食事も種類も多く美味しくいただきましたが、もう少し何か一つスペシャル感があってもいいかな、と思いました。
