"Beautiful place to stay on our trip to Spearfish. The host was extra accommodating by allowing us an early check in due to some inclement weather. Location was great, the house was very clean and had great amenities. My daughter loved the board games and extra toys and I loved the king size beds. I would definitely recommend this place and will consider staying again if in the area. "

"The rooms are small but very clean, newly remodeled. The property needs some blackout curtains as the outdoor lights are very bright and the shades don’t really block the room from being fully lit in the evenings. "

"Clean, quiet hotel. Breakfast was average for this kind of hotel. Room was clean and the shower was hot with good water pressure. Friendly staff with easy and fast check in/out. Nothing to complain about."

"Very nice house. It could have been a bit cleaner especially in the bathroom areas. Some of the bedding and washcloths could be replaced and the blankets washed. The garbage can could be a bit closer to the house. The back yard had poop all over it. Probably from rabbits but had to dodge it all the way to the garbage can. The house is beautiful and looks great. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again."

"When we arrived there was no heat. We let host know and they sent a service tech. The tech was unable to get the heat fixed that night so we requested to cancel. The host only partially refunded our stay. Would not recommend. "
