"Great location, great breakfast situation with plenty of areas to walk to and the nearby train made it easy to get everywhere. The room was very comfortable and I slept excellent. Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff too. Highly recommend!"

"One of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had. My parents flew in for my graduation at Northwestern and were stranded due to severe weather delays. While trying to quickly book a room on Expedia at the airport, I accidentally selected the wrong date due to connection issues. I realized the mistake within 30 minutes and immediately contacted the hotel. Despite explaining the situation, they refused to adjust the date or offer any flexibility—even though the request was made almost immediately. Attempts to reach a manager went unanswered. In the end, I had to book another night anyway because my parents were exhausted after traveling. I understand policies exist, but the complete lack of empathy or willingness to help in a situation like this was extremely disappointing."
