Everything about the hotel was wonderful! The bedding was cozy. The shower was warm and powerful. It was a wonderful location. The room keys had depictions of past “Graduates” of the local college. 10 out of 10 experience!

Loved a lot about my stay here…cozy location in Evanston, safe and walkable. I chose a queen room and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was! Great mattress, great shower. Did not love the tiny elevator but it’s a boutique hotel and it works. I enjoyed the restaurant as well, and found the staff pleasant and friendly. I will definitely return!

The hotel has a fantastic location and is clearly very popular. It can be extremely busy, particularly in the evenings, with both the bar and restaurant often full due to events being held on-site. Our room was excellent and very comfortable. However, we did experience some issues with housekeeping and found ourselves having to chase them on several occasions. I have raised these concerns directly with the General Manager. That said, I would still recommend the hotel. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. While we encountered a few issues, these may not be representative of the normal standard of service. Overall, it is a great place to stay, and I would certainly encourage others to give it a try.
