The 850 square foot home sits on just shy of an acre of land that opens up to 150 feet of your own private river frontage. Two little known springs directly across the river feed into the Suwannee. Launch kayaks from the private dock and you are a few paddles away. Fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime an easy option, and with two large sliding glass doors, your view of the river goes unimpeded while cooking and dining. One bedroom features a king bed, and the other offers a queen bed as well as twin bunk beds. Satellite internet helps you stay connected, and drives the TV which features apps to deliver whatever content you subscribe to (owners provide Netflix and Disney+). A large porch with rocking chairs and ceiling fans offers a view of the river while enjoying your morning coffee, and/or evening beverage of choice. Downstairs you will find plenty of space for cookouts, relaxing around the fire pit, or resting riverside on the wood deck and private floating dock. String café lights bring the nights to life, extending your outdoor space into the evening.

For additional security there are three exterior cameras on the property. One faces the dock area, one towards the front gate, and the other the front door.
