I love Mazatlan

Friendly staff, great location in tourist zone, across the street from access to the beach, lots of restaurants nearby . During our stay the hotel was having a problem with the hot water so we had a few days that the showers were cold , the manager had maintenance try to fix the issue but were still working on the problem on the day we checked out . Nice basic budget hotel in a good location . The next time I stay there I am sure they will have hot water .

Front Desk staff was very nice and helpful, but management needs to take care of the building because it was mold in the rooms. We had to change the room three times, because the first two didn’t have blankets also. The sheets had stains too.

No wifi in the hotel

Wifi did not work. It was necessary for my work to have wifi and I had to go outside to work in a Starbucks. Each day I was there, the room was not totally cleaned. The phone in the room was not working and I reported these situations to the front desk and they were not solved. However, the ladies at the front desk were very kind.

Pésimo servicio de la gerente

La sábana tenía una gotita de sangre y cobraron como nueva cuando bien podían haberla lavado y se le retiraba la mancha. La gerente del hotel se puso muy pesada y hasta un poco grosera durante la estancia. Definitivamente tendríamos que pensarlo muy bien al regresar a Mazatlán porque en ese hotel no creemos volver a hospedarnos
