Good location and the price is good

We had a very good stay and the property owner is a vey nice person unfortunately he is not not in town However the cleaning lady is a very nasty person .She is not doing a good job cleaning the place and have a very bad attitude.She was the only thing we had as a hick up otherwise the place is nice and located in a very secure neighborhood.. I will stay there again without that problem cleaning lady

On a Ć©tĆ© trĆØs bien accueilli par Lamine. La maison est belle, bien dĆ©corĆ©e et bien situĆ©e dans un trĆØs belle rĆ©sidence de vacances. (Bien que nous prĆ©fĆ©rons ĆŖtre plus au milieu de la vie locale comme Ć  Saly Niakhniakhal). La piscine est bien sĆ»r trĆØs agrĆ©able, surtout la partie supĆ©rieur oĆ¹ on peut s'asseoir et boire un coup par exemple. Mais!; Pas d'ombre Ć  cĆ“tĆ© de la piscine donc difficile de faire usage des transats. Pas de salon extĆ©rieur (et il me semblait que sur les photos c'Ć©tait le cas car une de mes critĆØres de rĆ©servation), La terrasse est trĆØs Ć©touffante comme d'ailleur la maison Il y a que de la clim ( 2 fonctionnelles sur 4 pendant notre sĆ©jour, celle du salon HS) Ce qui a fait que la maison Ć©tait pour nous moins confortable qu'espĆ©rĆ©. Puis nous n'avons jamais payĆ© autant pour l'Ć©lĆ©ctricitĆ©. Pour comparaison quasiment 5 x le prix oĆ¹, on Ć©tait pour la mĆŖme durĆ©e, la semaine prĆ©cĆ©dente.

mon amie et moi allons chaque annee 15 jours a saly; nous louions une autre maison a tropical parc depuis plusieurs annees; celle ci n etant plus donnee a bail cette annee, nous avons contacte Mr lammens, proprietaire de la maison 47 du lotissement. Accueil sympathique et tres regulier. Maison agreable avec belle petite piscine,jardin fleuri et abrite des voisins et passants;ouly,femme de menage, tres gentille et Lamine ,le taxi, ponctuel et efficace.Nous escomptons bien y retourner l annee prochaine. Le SĆ©nĆ©gal est un pays magique. Nous avons trouvĆ© pour notre sĆ©jour Ć  la villa ocĆ©ane un condensĆ© de la gentillesse et de la joie de vivre dans ce pays. Un grand merci Ć  Ouly la gouvernante pour nous avoir concoctĆ© des plats traditionnels de son pays et pour sa gentillesse. Lamine le pisciniste et Moussa le jardinier qui ont la passion de leur mĆ©tier. Enfin la villa est trĆØs belle et le cadre magnifique et calme. Nous venons au SĆ©nĆ©gal tous les ans et nous reviendrons surement dans cette villa

Ma famille et moi avons passĆ© 10 jours dans la villa OcĆ©ane. La villa est situĆ©e dans une rĆ©sidence ( Tropical PArc) trĆØs calme et idĆ©ale pour passer ses vacances ne toute tranquillitĆ©. Points faibles: l'une des seules villas qui n'avait pas de courant pendant les coupures (qui sont frĆ©quentes Ć  Saly) infiltrations d'eaux dans les chambres quand il pleut Points forts: cadre trĆØs agrĆ©able et calme Ouly, la gĆ©rante est trĆØs disponible,ultra gentille et prĆ©pare super bien.

Tout l'Ć©quipement est largement suffisant ,la villa est trĆØs bien meublĆ©e , avec bonne literie , moustiquaire dans chaque chambre .Cette villa est dans une trĆØs belle copropriĆ©tĆ© , trĆØs calme , avec superbe piscine commune et le plus vous avez une piscine juste devant la terrasse de la villa c'est gĆ©nial . Ouly la femme de mĆ©nage , nous a prĆ©parĆ©e de super plats sĆ©nĆ©galais , Moussa le jardinier est trĆØs gentil ainsi que le pisciniste .Nous connaissions dĆ©jĆ  Saly pour y ĆØtre venus 6 fois en un an et demi . Restaurants Ć  recommander : Safari Beach en bord de mer , tous les mercredis et dimanches il y a un trĆØs bon orchestre et les menus supers .AprĆØs Chez Marie , le Petit Zing avec des soirĆ©es avec chanteuse , et karaokĆ© , la Riviera avec aussi des soirĆ©es et je crois le mercredi soirĆ©e Marocaine .Je recommande cette location pour famille , ou couple . Les photos de l'annonce sont exactes a la rĆ©alitĆ© . Bravo a Monsieur Lammens pour ce coin de paradis qui se trouve prĆØs des commerces . Je me languies de repartir au SĆ©nĆ©gal , c'est un pays formidable et les SĆ©nĆ©galais sont trĆØs accueillants . Nous avons bpc de connaissances .Nous sommes comme chez nous .

une villa qui tient ses promesses et vous rĆ©serve un sĆ©jour merveilleux :. spacieuse, bien Ć©quipĆ©e et chaleureuse (Ć  l image de ce pays), des cascades de fleurs et une agrĆ©able piscine les diffĆ©rentes terrasses, ombragĆ©es ou ensoleillĆ©es permettent Ć  chacun de trouver son bonheur : bronzette ou sieste le personnel est compĆ©tent et Ć  nos petits soins. Oulie cuisine merveilleusement bien et nous a fait dĆ©couvrir les spĆ©cialitĆ©s de son pays (demandez lui de vous faire une lotte ou un tiof ... juste un dĆ©lice), Moussa le jardiner vous dĆ©crochera mĆŖme une noix de coco ... la rĆ©sidence est parfaitement sĆ©curisĆ©e, les seuls vendeurs ambulants sont le poissonnier, la marchande de fruits et lĆ©gumes et le boulanger ce qui vous permet d avoir des produits frais directement Ć  la villa . un merveilleux sĆ©jour dans un pays ou la chaleur humaine est impressionnante .
