PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: I recommend using caution when reserving this property. I booked it three weeks in advance, but the host canceled less than an hour before check-in. I only received notice after reaching out myself, as no check-in instructions were provided.This left my mom, sister, and me scrambling for last-minute accommodations during a busy weekend with limited availability. The host attributed the issue to a Vrbo system error that allowed the booking, despite the dates being unavailable.I’ve used Vrbo multiple times and never experienced anything like this—previous hosts have always been responsive and reliable. While I didn’t get to stay at the property, I wanted to share this experience for awareness. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident and that the host takes steps to carefully review all future bookings to prevent similar issues.
