"I only stayed at the hotel for one night, but it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was helpful. I forgot my toothpaste, and they provided me with a travel set. It was someone’s birthday and they offered me a piece of their birthday cake which I thought was so sweet. Being able to get a complementary hot cup of coffee after a long day of traveling and heat up my food in the lobby microwave such a nice convenience. While there were a few things that could be improved, such as response time and some of the facilities, the hotel met my basic expectations. "The lady was very rude and denied me entry to stay at her house because I was “disrespectful” and “hung up on her while on the phone”. The interior of the living room was dusty and very old fashioned, and there were men swearing at each other the moment I walked in onto the sac to sit. The woman later threatened to file a police report on me when I called her to ask for a refund. Overall, the owner seems like an angry person and the interior left much to be desired."
