"The blinds in the suite we stayed in do not cover the windows and this allowed a lot of light in from outside light poles at night and the morning sunrise. The elevators smell musty like wet towels. There was a cockroach crawling on the bathroom floor last night and thankfully we didn’t see anymore but this is still disturbing. The breakfast bar wasn’t great at all & there is supposed to be a $100 deposit that is refunded when guests check out and the room is confirmed to be in good condition and no items missing but when I looked at my credit card statement, I was charged $115! "

"Always a favorite of mine, it is always clean and clutter free. Trish and Zoe are always helpful - Also Randy has to the best manager from what I see he makes sure the hotel works efficiently yet still remains kind tk both staff and guests, it gives a very home family type feeing!"
