"Perfect spot on the Indian river, places to sit in the shade up on the deck with the tiki bar and down by the water. A great place to watch the birds and pelicans come and go on their dock. The owners are super nice! I can’t wait to go back!"

"THE COTTAGE WAS VERY NICE, PLENTY OF ROOM WITH SEVERAL AMENITIES, THE HOST WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY PROVIDE FREE ENTRY TO THE MEL FISHER MUSEUM THAT'S ON PROPERTY. THE PRIVATE DOCK IS A PLUS AND IS CLOSE TO A COUNTY BOAT LAUNCH AND DOCK, AS WELL. HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS FACILTY!"

"Amazing place to stay in Sebastian. Walking distance from several restaurants, including an Italian restaurant with the best garlic rolls we've ever had and some of the best pizza! We took a few day trips out to Sebastian Inlet State Park and saw dolphins, manatees, crabs, a sting ray and lots of fish. We think snorkeling there will be better in the summer time. Our place was well equipped with any kitchen items one would need and beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer were a little bit noisy but we were thankful to have them after our theme park days in Orlando! Sunsets over Indian River were beautiful. The place was immaculately clean when we moved in and check in and parking were easy. We'd stay here again if we're ever in Sebastian again! "
