Hotel needs a lot of help

Front desk was terrible morning person was sleeping at the desk. Back door security lock was broken anyone could walk in. This hotel needs new management and fast.

Okay place.

I could give this a bad review. However the staff at the property was going out of their way to fix the problems. Property needs some upgrades to the juice machine. Back door of property trash was piled up by the door. But once again staff was trying to help.

We checked in late, and was given a room that was already occupied. However, the gentleman, Jon, was very quick to remedy this situation and get us a different room. Upon checkout, Cynthia, the new manager, was very nice and apologized for the prior evening's mix up. hotel undergoing renovations and painting. at this time.

The room was old didn’t have outlet(s) close to the bed. The shower head needed to be replaced. The bed head a loud streaky sound on any movement you made on the bed.

Easy access. Close to restaurants and shopping. Doesn't have an elevator for the second floor, which for us is a problem with steps. But they did put us on the first floor at sign in. What we didn't like. The staff being able to bring young children to their job. Being woke up because of children being loud is the only downfall that occurred.
