"Always a great stay"

"Staff was amazing, amenities were available, room was clean but there were a few items that could be improved. When checking out I needed change for a $20 so I could tip the housekeeper but nobody at the front desk had any change nor did housekeeping. That was SO weird. Loved that there was free parking and it was a huge parking area for many cars. The bathroom needed a bit of attention and I did take photos but not sure there is a way to attach here. The towels were hard and old and did not match - even strings were hanging from one towel as it was on the rack. Then maintenance was needed for rusty areas around the shower. At home it is an easy remedy with bleach and caulking material so not sure why a hotel would have this issue. Someone needs to pay attention - maybe a supervisor in maintenance needs to inspect the rooms monthly for evidence of need for repair. Otherwise, the room was clean and I felt very safe there which is a HUGE plus. Decor for the Holidays was a nice touch as well. I will be back."

"Perfect. Easy Location for El Paso. We stayed here for a 2 week visit with my brother in law at White Acres, only a 7 minute drive. The location was excellent and close to many stores and restaurants Apartment was cleaned and had everything we needed complex is well maintained. We especially enjoyed the courtyard and spent several lovely evenings outside. Thanks for a great stay."

"This wasn't the worst place I'be stayed but it definitely wasn't the best! The floor was dirty- that we could see but walking around with my bare feet lead to my feet becoming black with dirt and grim. We also didn't try to use the tv until our last night there (or I would have messaged the owners) but no Roku remote was found, so we could not use the tv. The check in process was simple and the air conditioners worked great! Also, the address is a little misleading. It was listed as 3901 BUT 3901 is a house across the street. The side of the street that this apartment is on is 3801. "

"My sister stayed here for a month and had a nice stay. There were a few small issues that she noticed and the property owner addressed them right away. The unit was clean and functional. She did note that the mattress was okay, not amazing, but the other furniture was comfortable."
