"After a 12 hr drive from Texas this was the perfect place to rest. The staff was quick friendly, the hotel lobby smelled like a tropical paradise! Our room was clean, plenty of space clean towels and there was ample parking."

Albeit a beautiful building & interior, literally around the corner you feel a very different atmosphere & wouldn’t recommend straying too far as we were accosted by some very unsavoury characters that required an aggressive response. "It was a nice little guesthouse. It was a little dirty. But the host was great. There needed to be more linens and towels. Overall it was nice. I was a little confused when I realized the guesthouse was not the place I thought I was paying for. The price was very affordable though!!"

"Clean and had everything needed"

"Perfect spot for our needs. In town for the Coldplay concert at UTEP. Just needed a comfortable place for a couple of nights and this was ideal. The host has clearly put a lot of thought into making this property welcoming and appealing. Everything is modern and in good shape. We made a couple of meals there and had all of the appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. that we needed. We had a little trouble with the lock upon initial arrival (user error), but we reached out and the host replied quickly. Great experience. Would 100% stay there again."

"My sister stayed here for a month and had a nice stay. There were a few small issues that she noticed and the property owner addressed them right away. The unit was clean and functional. She did note that the mattress was okay, not amazing, but the other furniture was comfortable."
