"Room was ok except condenser of refrigerator was noisy when activated. Thought the gentleman at the front desk was indifferent to us and less than helpful to another customer who eventually left for another hotel. Seemed as though he was unwilling to resolve a simple problem. "

"First let me say I was completely disappointed from the moment I walked in. The first thing I was greeted with was the pure odor of cigarette and Marijuana smoke. The hallways were filled with loud noises all night and upon arriving at my room my key did not work. The room itself was filthy from the dirty microwave and refrigerator to the unswept floors and filthy bathroom with a leaky shower. Their was only one towel laying on a dirty sink and for the price and what was described as a king suite it was the smallest room i have ever paid for. When I went to check out the front desk woman asked me how my stay was I told her it was horrible and she said and I quote ok thank you bye. "

"Location good. Room was not clean, no drain plugs for shower or sink. Breakfast not avail due to hotel changing ownership soon."

"I used stay at a Hilton property several miles away. It’s an older building not in good condition. But every employee smiled, were friendly and made me feel like they wanted my business. At the residence in employees were sullen, no smiles and acted like I was interrupted something more important "
