"There were stains on the sheets and pillow cases when we got into our room. One of the top bunk beds was very stained and looked like it had just been flipped over, so whoever sleeping on the bottom could just see a huge stain. A roach also actually crawled out of the microwave (can’t make this up). It also doesn’t mention on the website that if you are under 21 they will make you pay 100 dollar deposit in case you don’t leave the room in good shape, which is kind of crazy given the fact it was already pretty gross from the start. They told me I would get my money back if nobody left the room badly which nobody did. But I still haven’t gotten the deposit back. I really hope they aren’t going to accuse me of staining their sheets like that because I have pictures of them from the moment we walked into the room! So gross, we all put tee shirts over our pillow cases to sleep! Wouldn’t recommend, you get what you pay for. "

"The elevator was down and I’m disabled with multiple sclerosis. I had to take the stairs which is very difficult and painful for me to do. I had even requested an accessible room on the first floor and was told they were all taken. "

Not only did someone break into our hotel room during our stay—which is a serious safety concern—but the staff showed a complete lack of urgency and professionalism afterward. On top of that, I had to ask THREE separate times for extra towels and never received them. I eventually had to go out and spend my own money at Target just to have basic necessities. Between the security failure and the poor service, I would not recommend staying here to anyone. This place needs major improvements in both guest safety and customer service."

"very nice house for the price, check in and all that was as simple as can be. The only downsides were the blender did not work, one of the toasters didn’t work and only half worked on the one that worked, the dryer downstairs would not dry, and one of the downstairs door did not completely close"

"Our group of 6 loved our 8 nights stay at this fantastic house. The only suggestion we have is to supply more blankets in the bedrooms. That would have been much appreciated with the chilly temperatures we had while there."
