"Bathroom needs updating "

"The room was very clean. The staff was excellent service atmosphere was great. Breakfast was great and we will be back again."

"The floor looked like someone had spilled something and it had not been cleaned. The smoke alarm went off all night. The mirror had a layer of dust. I only stayed one night and I was scheduled for 3. I got up early and went to the hospital and did not get back til one. They only wanted to refund for 1 day. They offered me another room that was supposed to be smoke free, but the smoke alarm was still going off. No coffee or breakfast."

"Overall it was great. A few things other travelers might like to know ahead of time. Counter space in bathroom was tiny! We used the desk in the main room, which then felt cluttered. Also no microwave. Which was an inconvenience for a multi day stay. The front desk offered NO information at check in. Like breakfast hours, trolley stop location, etc. They were helpful enough when asked."

"One star removed as the neighborhood was not as expected and one of the bedroom doors next to the bathroom did not close which effected us having to be very quiet once they went to bed. Otherwise the house was very clean, stocked well, spacious, plenty of outlets, centrally located to everything, host was helpful, and beds were comfortable."
