"Stayed here as included airport shuttle convenient but enjoyed our overnight as well. After coming off Camino, it was a quiet and restful stay - especially loved the complimentary beverages! Front desk staff stellar"

"We were not told when booking that the pool was not going to be open . At the property staff said it was because it was an outdoor pool and they all close at that time . A friend stayed in a different hotel with an outdoor pool and it was open . I would have liked to have known before booking if the pool was operational - although a great property - we paid for the use of a pool ."

"Basic not very old hotel, nice and clean. Room is a bed, TV, shower, wifi. Free coffee in reception breakfast (pay extra for)area but no kettle etc in room. Area is a new build area, apartment blocks at the edge of Madrid. Cafes, bars, supermarket and huge shopping mall all near. 20 minute walk to nearest metro station. Found it interesting to be away from the tourist area."
