The staff from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm very rude! The rooms are very small nothing like in the pictures, idk why Expedia doesn’t add the breakfast when the hotel offers for free…

I reserved a room specifically w a view of Medellin. My parents were given another room and the hotel management stated otherwise when even I showed proof they were not able to accommodate in a room w a view bc they were all booked.
