"Amazing"

"Great staff very attentive to our needs."

"The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful, and there is a beautiful rooftop patio where you can relax and enjoy the view. The location is also quite convenient. However, unfortunately the rooms themselves did not feel very cozy or homey. They looked a bit dusty, and the bed linens and towels appeared grey and worn rather than fresh and clean. The shampoo and soap dispensers also needed refilling during our stay. The biggest issue was the noise. The windows are extremely thin, and it feels almost like sleeping outside so you can hear every sound from the street regardless of the floor you are staying on. Even small noises like people talking or cars passing by are very noticeable. The hotel provides earplugs, but unfortunately even they didn’t help much. Because of the noise and the overall room condition, I would probably recommend looking for another place to stay."

"Doesn’t have Air Conditioning. But they have fans and it doesn’t get hot. This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. This time are room had a smell in it. Told management and they moved us to a different room. I recommend this hotel. Walking distance to a lot of stuff to do"

"The staff was nice and helpful, the room was clean and functional, they could update the bathroom with the water faucet it was a bit small, the toilet could use a more adult size model, though the shower was fine the floor could use some work as water did not drain quickly. Overall good."

"Great staff, room and cleanness. Only thing to keep in mind is the noises at night but I have experienced that in other areas of Medellin."
