"Location is very good, 3 minutes from the metro station. The hotel is good, service is good. I only have a complain, the pictures show rooms with a desk, but the rooms do not have desk, it was very uncomfortable to work sitted in the bed. I was given a room without desk but I walked all the floor because they were cleaning, to check if one had desk and ask for a change but none of the single rooms in the 3rd room had desk, they must change the pictures."

"Staff is good when ever I’m in Medellin this my first choice but the one con always have had problems with the tv either not working or only one channel next time I have them make sure it’s working aside from that every thing else is acceptable "
