"During breakfast was no service or the boiled egg was smelling spoiled and the scrambled egg wasn't cooked enough, the breakfast staff wasn't friendly, Bath room was slippery, one security was concern about us outside when a homeless came to talk to us"

"Location is very good, 3 minutes from the metro station. The hotel is good, service is good. I only have a complain, the pictures show rooms with a desk, but the rooms do not have desk, it was very uncomfortable to work sitted in the bed. I was given a room without desk but I walked all the floor because they were cleaning, to check if one had desk and ask for a change but none of the single rooms in the 3rd room had desk, they must change the pictures."
