"We have only great things to say about our stay! We added a night, coming in early due to travel plan changes. They said our room wouldn’t be available for the whole (revised) stay so we’d have to move. However, upon arrival, we learned that the first night room was better than what we had booked initially and were offered that upgraded room for the entire stay. It was epic! We were the first to stay in this large, comfortable space with a hot tub on the center. We had an amazing breakfast that could have fed us all day. Delicious. Excellent service. Incredible views! From start to finish, the staff was professional, attentive and helpful. When we came down the elevator to catch an early morning taxi to the airport, a staff member was there to meet us and help take our luggage to the car. Amazing service. We will stay here again, without hesitation, if ever back in Istanbul!!"

"the only good thing in this property is the location , location , location , very good location , the staff and the reception were very polite and helpful , the rooms are clean with good Aircon , the only downfall is the breakfast ??? , it could be better , the coffee like water , the juices full of sugar , less choice , but this is minor things , you have all the restaurants and shops and transport near the Hotel , you are in the proper centre of Sultan Fatih area , the blue mosque , the Ayah Sofia mosque , all within 04 minutes walk , i will come back again ."
