"This is a “hidden gem” just one mile west of Hwy 40, in the gap between Winter Park and Granby. The lodge I stayed in had a jaw dropping view facing east and south. There was an LP fire pit, separate grills (also LP) and a playground. A few steps behind my wing of the lodge. The Dining Hall was a 5-minute walk on the other side of the access road. Breakfast is a buffet with something for everyone. I plan on returning in the winter and trying cross-country skiing. This off-season stay was convenient to a client visit in Granby. Highly recommend."

"Overall, our two-room suite was pretty good. The bed in the living room was fairly comfortable, but the two beds in the separate bedroom were older and very springy, so they weren’t as comfortable. Our biggest concern was that the smoke detector was completely missing from the room. We only stayed one night, but if we had been staying longer, I would have asked someone to come out and install one. Unfortunately, there isn't anybody on property or at the office available to speak with, so since we were only there for a short time, we decided not to pursue it. One of the best parts of the stay was being right next to the little river. The setting was beautiful and peaceful, which we really enjoyed. Overall, the location and scenery were lovely, but the missing smoke detector was a significant safety concern that should be addressed."

"Office check in is only open from 3:00-5:00 pm, however keys and directions were left on the office door as was communicated. Cabin was VERY clean, especially for being somewhat rustic. Clean blankets, sheets, comforter, bathroom, shower curtain and furniture, we were very pleasantly surprised. Very quiet, beautiful location, would definitely recommend and stay again!"

Riverfront Condo Near Downtown Estes Park!

"Great spot for a family and so close to the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain national park. Relaxing balcony with great views and river access. Well stocked with cooking supplies so we were able to enjoy meals at the condo. Fun games for winding down after a day of hiking. Only complaint- towels smelled weird."
