"This place is great, stayed after my cruise and it was clean and beautiful inside. Shuttle took us for food and shopping. Staff was a little dry and short with you but my stay was good. The manager reception was good met great people. Shuttle to airport was great didn’t wait long but they need to have more than 1 shuttle running early in the am and free coffee in the lobby would be great. I would definitely stay again. "

"Alright, it’s kitschy. It’s big. It’s a cruise ship on Collin’s Avenue. Still, it’s a fantastic experience. Well worth the time and money. It lives up to the standards expected of such a wonderful hotel!"
