Second time staying here , smooth process front desk staff super friendly , just a note there is not a pool if you’re looking for pool. Full kitchen area in room balcony beds are comfortable and can’t forget the Cuban food place in the gas station next door is always amazing

The hotel is comfortable with a kitchenette very helpful if you travel with kids. The staff is very friendly. It’s closed to the airport and Dolphin mall. The hotel needs some upgrades but overall nice

I needed a hotel with two rooms. This hotel did the trick. Clean, quiet and friendly staff. Room came with a well appointed kitchen. The hotel was quiet and was as described in the listing. The value for what you get is very good for Miami. The only trade off is if you are looking to go to South Beach, the drive is a solid 30-40 minute drive from. The hotel. But if you cana mange that, it's great value for money.

Convenient and close to shops and place to eat. Was a place to Stay before flight which they provide free shuttle to the airport. Was clean and spacious, was also impressed with the ice station on each floor.

Staff was nice. Room was not so great. Bed was hard in center and the sides were broke down. It was like sleeping on a broke down 10 to 15 year old mattress. The floors in room were dirty. Get out of shower and bottom of feet were dirty again. There was blowers blowing in hallway 3 of the 4 nights stayed. Always heard the blowers running. Smell of the room was not the best, but not the worst. As they say. You get for what you paid for.

We just stayed one night. The check in staff are courtesy, friendly and helpful. Hotel need a more sign to communicate where and how to find your ways to like from the parking lot to where is the elevator and stair are, the ice machine. The hotel was very conveniently for us

No hot water 1st night of 3 night stay. Room was so humid that clothes absorbed moisture and tile floors were sticky. Bathroom was dripping with water following a shower. Located in heavy industrial location. No comfortable furniture in suite. The list could go on.

I thought everything was great until I had an encounter with someone who was potentially living there. He seemed unkempt, walking disheveled and placed his trash outside the elevator, so that encounter made me nervous. OTHER than that, my stay was great!! The check in was great, the room was great and supplied with utensils, pots, and plates. There was also included parking! I don't think I would stay here again because I'm not a fan of spiders and I couldn't sleep as well after the encounter, but it was not a terrible stay, especially for the price.

The rooms were of a great size, the kitchen was adequate. We had to wait until the third day to get our room cleaned even though I requested on the second day that our room had not been cleaned. Their are no eating places close by unless you have a car. it stated on the Hotel web that their was a restaurant but the restaurant had been closed for over a year which was disappointing. Overall the hotel was nice and comfy but a bit away from everywhere unless you had a car which we did not.

Do not book this place. It's horrible! The pictures are not real, must be pictures from when the place was built. The environment was bad. I paid for this place, but couldn't spend the night with my family when we got there. It didn't feel safe and the rooms were dirty, with a funny smell. The car park was dirty. Take my advice and do not book this place!!!

Place is not as advertised on Expedia. Room was dirty. Tile floors in unit have probably never been mopped, traveling with a baby who can’t walk it was absolutely disgusting. Beds were also terrible unless you like being woken up by every movement. Most police presence at a “hotel” I have ever seen. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Staff that checked us in were great.
