"room was nasty. hotel smelled like a burnt cigarette. was poop on the walls in the bathroom. wouldn’t give us a refund and we didn’t even stay left the room after 10 minutes. wouldn’t recommend to anyone"

"We enjoyed our stay. Some positives were the spacious junior suite and the comfortable bed. The young valet worker in the mornings was very kind and prompt. Some negatives were the bathroom needed a good deep cleaning, it was just surface cleaned. Also front desk couldn’t tell us a time for hotel offered yoga classes. Staff was kind but we had to ask about our credit we were given and had to ask about extra charges that we were told “happens sometimes we don’t know why.” Overall a good stay but for over $300 a night not in the best location i would expect a bit more."

"The fire alarm kept malfunctioning and going off at random intervals throughout our stay, we had staff in our room at one point to fix it, which is understandable but frustrating nonetheless. On check out day, a hotel staff member unlocked and walked into our room at 10am without our permission. He later told me over the phone that the check out time was 11am. I checked with multiple sources, including a different front desk associate, who confirmed the standard check out for this particular hotel is 12pm. Regardless, walking into our room without permission at 10am is unacceptable. On our way out I asked if I could maybe receive some compensation since the stay was subpar, my information was taken down but I was never contacted. We have friends who live in the area and we had stayed here before and had a nice experience. We planned to continue booking for future trips, but we’ll probably look elsewhere from now on. It would at least have been nice for someone to reach out considering the circumstances."

Beautiful, cozy and quiet private suite

"I want to write a thorough review for other guests. First, there were many good things about Nelly and her place. It was extremely clean and had many nice amenities. We appreciated the coffee pot, teapot, butter in the refrigerator, water bottles, etc. Plenty of towels and linens. There is off street parking which is nice in a city area. Nelly was very responsive to all questions we had when we checked in. Second, I will say there is some 'false' advertising on VRBO's part - they say all listings are individual residences, but this is not the case. We were in the front part of the house, Nelly lives in the side and back part of the house. Third, there were some inconveniences for us that might not be for others. The front queen bed sagged uncomfortably. My husband could sleep in it but I slept in one of the twin beds which was firmer. The thermostat is in the basement which we did not have access to and had to ask for changes. I asked for 72 degrees but at times it was cold or warm. I didn't want to ask a second time for temperature adjustments. The induction stovetop was new to us and after reading the instructions we decided not to use it. Neither sofa was comfortable to sit on. We couldn't get the remote for the tv in the bedroom to find any channel (but we aren't tech savvy with remotes.)We were visiting family and didn't spend a lot of time at the rental. It was conveniently located. And it was super clean which is always nice."

"Great area that is 10-15 minutes from anything you would want to do in Cincinnati. Perfect backyard and plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The host was readily available to with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful stay. In the mornings/ evenings we enjoyed sitting on the patio watching deer. The house was accurately listed and worked great for our family of 4. It was blocks away from our Cincy family, so it was great. "
