For your safety and ease, you will receive a keyset upon check-in, which allows you to come and go as you please. This keyset ensures secure entry to both the building and the apartment itself.

HOUSE RULES โ NO PARTIES! Disruptive behavior and excessive noise are not permitted in the property at any time. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction and NO REFUND (regardless of time of day or circumstance) โ Smoking and illegal drugs are STRICTLY prohibited anywhere in the property (including on the balcony). Any violation of this rule will result in a $350 fine plus any additional cost such as cleaning and deodorising. Illegal drug use will be reported to authorities. โ For a smooth and secure check-in, please have a photo ID ready that matches the primary booker's name. We'll also ask you to sign a guest agreement prior to your arrival. โ For same day bookings, please understand that preparing your apartment may take time, we recommend contacting us before booking to confirm your expected check-in time. โ Please note that Owners Corporations Rules are outside of our control. Guests must adhere to these rules at all times while in the building (including induction policies for building facilities) and will be liable for any damage to the buildingโs common areas (including legal fees).
