THE HOME
Designed to embrace its stunning surroundings, the home offers generous living spaces across two levels, making it ideal for families, groups of friends or multiple generations travelling together. Upstairs, the light-filled open-plan living area features floor-to-ceiling windows, a cosy gas log fireplace and seamless access to a wraparound deck where you'll spend hours enjoying the fresh sea air and ever-changing views. The well-equipped kitchen is a dream for entertainers, complete with two ovens, a five-burner gas cooktop and everything needed to prepare anything from a relaxed breakfast to a family feast.

Outside, expansive lawns provide plenty of room for children to play. At the same time, adults can unwind with a morning coffee, enjoy an afternoon barbecue or sit back and take in the peaceful surroundings. The home's private setting creates a true sense of escape, yet you're only moments from some of the Mornington Peninsula's most loved attractions.

After a day exploring the region, retreat to one of 3 comfortable bedrooms, including a spacious main suite with an ensuite. The living room also features a double sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 2 additional guests. With multiple living areas, two bathrooms, an additional powder room and thoughtful touches throughout, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax.

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home's description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a full linen set for $30 per bed, which includes a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for the first towel set only).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, which includes a bathmat and a towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.

For linen or towel hire, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice. Last-minute requests may not be possible.

Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at home. Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and leave the house quickly. We can be contacted via the booking platform at any time during your stay, and we will provide our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
